On the basis of chemical organization, it is good or bad based on improper decisions, renowned nutritionists, doctors and even those with little information are proclaiming that such a food item is good for health. Edible oil is also included in such inappropriate statements. Knowing that the use of refined oil is flawed, even knowing that it is impossible to distribute the edible oil available in a particular region to the whole world, those who use it are superior in terms of its properties, and those who do not use it are living in inferiority, as if they have lost something. This is the commercialistic attitude of the West. Following his path of promoting olive oil more and more, we are proclaiming that only coconut oil is superior. This country is different from region to region in terms of food and lifestyle, which is why natural physical characteristics are also different from region to region. The Kannada language itself is in ten styles, and the same thing is called by different words from region to region. It seems inappropriate for experts and laymen to say that a particular diet is best for people with such different physical natures. The body can stay healthy by consuming only the food items available in the region where you were born, brought up and lived. Those who have migrated from one province to another have to eat at least 70 percent of their original food and the remaining 30 percent of the food of the province where they have settled and slowly adapt themselves to the respective regional food. For example: Fish is the main food of coastal people, if they live in the interior and eat fish as their main food, they are more likely to get skin diseases and diabetes. Because, sweat is always coming out on the coast, and the sebum or grease that accumulates under the skin is constantly removed through the sweat and the skin and body are naturally cleansed. Also, because the sweat does not go out in the inner region, it accumulates in the body and brings skin disease or diabetes. Now, let’s come to the edible oil. Pure coconut oil for the people of the coastal highlands, coconut and sunflower oil for the interior, coconut and safflower oils for the people of Uttar Karnataka and mustard oil for North India. By using the same oil that has been beneficial to the body for centuries, it keeps the body fit for the respective climate. People of Uttar Karnataka use low fat coconut oil which harms their body and skin. Also, if the people in the cold parts of the mountains use more oily peanut oil, there will be a problem. Based on the lifestyle of recent people we can classify food as follows. It can be roughly said that whichever region a person lives in, those who work with least physical effort and high intellectual capacity can use coconut oil, and those who work with more physical effort can use oils such as groundnut, sunflower etc. However, regional food consumption is always great.
